Women on Farms

The majority of my research will be in collaboration with a local non-profit, Women on Farms. The organization has been in existence for about 10 years and they have a unique approach to outreach. Their approach is very inclusionary and gives oppportunities to the women they serve to be involved which has been successful in sustaining the organization. Consciously Rebuilding will benefit from this organization's model and lessons learned. Research is in planning stages and the methodology is designed to use both qualitative and quantitative data.
